Questions
What is Beta?
Beta is the testing tier. While Vesper Desk is being tested, every account and every desk gets everything Platinum has, free.
What happens at 100 users?
The beta ends. Beta accounts move to Free, and Silver and Platinum go on sale. Nothing you saved is deleted; anything above the Free limits stays saved for when you upgrade.
Do I need an account to use Free?
No. Download the desk and start watching. An account is only needed for cloud sync, linked platforms and paid plans.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage billing from your account page: cancel, switch plans or change your card. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles payment and tax?
Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, is the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT for your country.
What does Coming soon mean?
The feature is planned for that plan but not built yet. You are never charged for it until it ships; the plans are priced on what works today.
